What happened to the days of eating whatever we wanted? Better yet, when was the last time you played with your food? Yes, I’m talking about using your fingers and playing with your food like a child would. I love playing with my food– feeling it squish between my fingers, hearing it make funny noises when I plop it on my plate, creating little creatures or pictures with it. What about you? If you’re like many people, you might find yourself “too busy” to enjoy your food. Or, maybe you’re too focused on what to eat and you forget how to eat.
With so much hype about dieting, it can become overwhelming to know which diet or nutrition program will best fit your needs. It’s easy to get lost in the madness. Meal prep and eating can quickly become more of a chore than anything else. Where’s the fun in that? The purpose of this post is to help you find joy in feasting.
